Job Responsibilities
▪️Engage clients proactively to grasp their needs and concerns deeply.
▪️Tailor solutions aligned with client requirements, leveraging IT expertise.
▪️Foster enduring client relationships as a trusted advisor.
▪️Regularly update clients, gather feedbacks and address concerns.
Follow up on leads, nurturing prospect through timely communication.
▪️Coordinate physical and virtual meetings to showcase solutions.
▪️Organize seamless meetings, ensuring all technical aspects are covered.
▪️Document, report and track sales lead accurately.
▪️Manage client accounts, meeting their needs across the board.
▪️Collaborate with internal teams for holistic client solutions.
▪️Provide basic IT support and solutions.
