Job Description

We are hiring Individuals with experience in the Web3 industry to oversee and manage our online community. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing community strategies to engage and grow our online community. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Web3, a deep understanding of blockchain technology, and be well-versed in the latest trends and developments in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy that supports business objectives and encourages engagement and growth within the Web3 community.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the Web3 community, including developers, investors, and enthusiasts.
• Manage all social media accounts and create content for various platforms, including Twitter, Reddit, and Discord.
• Coordinate and execute community events, including AMAs, webinars, and meetups.
• Monitor and respond to community feedback and inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
• Analyze and report on community metrics, including engagement rates, sentiment, and growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in community management or related field, with a focus on Web3 and blockchain technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing online communities, including social media, forums, and chat platforms.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in Web3 and blockchain technology.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
