CGSL was incorporated in March 2010 and has since then provided excellent HR services to more than 200 clients ranging from small to medium sized companies in Nigeria.
We are looking for a smart and active customer service agent for our client.
▪️The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
▪️You will be responsible for converting prospects to active customers and providing solutions to customer issues.
▪️Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
▪️Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the services, pricing and availability
▪️Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
▪️Enter and manage data of old and new customers on company’s data base.
▪️Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Entry-Level Customer Service Officers, tellers and ATM Custodians at Wema Bank
▪️Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a customer service representative
▪️Minimum of HND/BSc in any related course
▪️Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
▪️Knowledge of relevant computer applications
▪️Numeric, oral, and written language applications
▪️Must live within Port Harcourt.
