As a manager trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that will expose you to the various functions of our automobile workshop. This rotational program aims to develop your skills and knowledge in HR. Customer care and operations management , preparing you for a successful career in the company.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing applications and participating in candidate interviews.
- Support HR managers in conducting on boarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Help Coordinate training and development initiatives to enforce employee skills and performance.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Learn about the services provided by the automobile workshop and gain an understanding of our customer base.
- Handle customer inquires and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in developing Customer Care guidelines and best practices.
- Support in analysing customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies for enhancing customer experience.
- Gain insights into the workshop’s operational processes, including service scheduling parts management and workflow coordination.
- Assist in monitoring the workshop’s daily activities to ensure efficiency and timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with operations managers to optimise resource allocation and streamline word low.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving workshop processes and safety protocols.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Willing to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with customers.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptable and proactive mindset, eager to take on challenges and implement solutions.

Duration and Career Progression:
This trainee program will run for 6 months -1 year, during which you will gain valuable experience and knowledge across different departments. Upon successful completion of the program, you maybe considered for a permanent managerial role based on performance. It is also a paid program.
