We are offering interns for the following position:

Job Summary
▪️Your duties will primarily revolve around offering technical support to our team, you will be directly tasked with creating, designing, and managing the company’s websites, software, Mobile Applications, and managing content on the company’s social media accounts, you will also be involved in writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
Responsibilities
▪️ Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
▪️Create, design, and manage the company’s websites, Software, and Mobile Apps and manage content on company social media Accounts.
▪️Quality-test and troubleshoot the website and/or its Applications in various browsers.
▪️ Writing codes, as well as modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
▪️Complex IT problems, analyze problem data and determine appropriate solutions.
▪️Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems.
▪️With IT departments on technical issues including software system design, maintenance, modifications, and upgrading.
▪️ Maintain and ensure utmost Integrity, confidentiality, privacy, and security of all Deep Potentials data and its customer’s information.
▪️ Recommend process improvements to ensure system reliability, scalability, security, integrity, and performance.
Requirement
▪️A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or related degree
▪️ Full Stack Web Developer (with at least 5 years of experience in both front-end and back-end website developments.
▪️Knowledge of programming languages and the software development life-cycle.
▪️Maintaining and Managing network equipment (Servers, routers, fire falls, phones, systems)
▪️ Experience working on a variety of software development projects.

Whom you will work with and report to
▪️You will be working with our Information and communication management team to provide technical support to the team, which may include creating, designing, and managing the company’s websites, software, and Mobile Applications as well as writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces, you will be working and report directly to our Operations Manager.
Key Notes about our Internship
▪️our Internship job offer is a 12-week pre-employment opportunity given to prospective employees who met our internship eligibility criteria and are considered qualified and suitable to work with our team in a particular region/country to support our operations under specified job roles.
▪️As an intern you will be assigned to a remote team in one of our operational locations around your country/state, you will be supervised by the Lead manager of the team, who will assign certain role-specified responsibilities and tasks to you.
▪️During the period of your internship you will have a 70% reduction in work demands on you and will be required to work only four (4) hours in four (4) working days per week.
▪️ Our Internship offer is a non-salary payment job, during the 12 weeks of your internship with Deep Potentials, you will not be payrolled for your salary however you will be compensated with our Internship benefits.
▪️Post internship and on grounds of satisfactory work performance with proven competence you will be retained and offered full employment with Deep Potentials, where you will be entitled to a full compensation package from monthly salary, Allowances, Bonuses, and non-financial Incentives.
