We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position Below:
▪️Job Title: Office Assistant / Cleaner
▪️Employment Type: Full-time
▪️Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
▪️Cleans the office and its environs on a daily basis and has required.
▪️Wash the toilet(s)
▪️Dusting of office furniture and fixtures
▪️Disposing of waste in a hygienic manner
▪️File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
▪️Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing information.
▪️Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
▪️Be the first of contact for walk-in visitors
▪️To supervise and manage all subordinates in the Admin unit
▪️To establish and oversee all procurement and logistic activities including management of vendor relationships, vehicles, and drivers.
▪️To ensure the organisation and filing of documents, other records and computer based information.
▪️To ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
▪️To maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
▪️Give administrative reports as required.
▪️Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
Processing payments and invoices
▪️Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
▪️Ensure all work is performed in line with company policies, procedures, and standards
▪️Be duly informed and aware of ISDL’s QHSE policy and departmental QHSE objectives.
▪️Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
▪️Actively participate in all QHSE related activities.
Contribute to the effectiveness and continual improvement of the QHSEMS
▪️Take responsibility for failure to conform to QHSE requirements.
▪️Report all incidents in line with established QHSE procedures.
▪️Execute all QHSE responsibilities as directed by the QHSE coordinator/management representative.
▪️Any other duty assigned

▪️Secondary School Certificate (WASCE) / OND / HND
▪️1 – 2 years’ work experience in a similar position
▪️Administrative writing skills
▪️Good oral and writing communication skills.
▪️Proficiency in computer system.
▪️Problem solving skills
▪️capacity to work collaboratively.
▪️Knowledge of standard office administration practices and procedures
▪️Organizational and planning skills.
▪️N30,000 – N45,000 gross Monthly (WAEC / OND)
▪️N55,000 – N65,000 gross Monthly (HND / B.Sc)
