1.) DRILLING AND COMPLETION SUPPERINTENDENT (IRC221178)

Job Description:

At Eni, we are looking for a D&C Superintendent within Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. You will be responsible for coordinating, direct and review drilling, and completion operations, within defined programs and budget, to fully meet the prognosis target, pursuing the best results in terms of safety, time and cost effectiveness in accordance with Company’s procedures, HSEQ standards and good petroleum engineering practices.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing drilling and completion programs to ensure the plan is done in accordance to Company’s procedures and considering each single operation with particular attention to well integrity and operational safety
  • Evaluating the need for services, equipment and material and providing for their request
  • Coordinating activity of Company’s and Contractors personnel involved in drilling and completion operations and decide about day by day matters with particular attention to the HSE aspects
  • Providing support in the resolution of operational problems, including analysis of Real Time Drilling Data from site, reporting any potential or actual well problems and advising remedial plans or corrective actions
  • Reporting during drilling and completion execution any technical or economical variation from approved scope, proposing the appropriate changes if necessary
  • Ensuring lessons learnt and related recommendations are captured and shared to allow for improvement of next operations
  • Participating as a member of the emergency task force in event of major emergency, taking immediate actions to safeguard personnel, assets and environment
  • Liaising with HSE and Logistics functions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Drilling & Completion Operations , and as D&C Superintendent
  • HPHT Drilling, Managed Pressure Drilling
  • Drilling Operations (HPHT, Horizontal Drilling, Drilling Fluids & Cement)
  • Advanced Drilling: Lean Profile, Underbalance Drilling, HPHT Drilling, Managed Pressure Drilling, Extended Reach Drilling, Wellbore Stability
  • Completion and work-over operations (Well Testing, Gravel Pack, Well Stimulation)
  • Advanced Completion: Dual Completion, Intelligent Completion
  • Rigless Operations
  • Economics: Cost estimating/budgeting/cost analysis/cost control
  • Contracting: Definition of Contract Strategy, Variations and Claim Resolution
  • Technical Specifications & Bidding: Technical & Contractual Specifications Preparation, Evolution of technological market, Specific suppliers and contractors market knowledge, Preparation and development of technical Standard, Tender technical evaluation
  • Software: good knowledge of the main available software in the market for well data management and reporting
  • Digitalization: familiar with the digitalization process including Real Time Monitoring, rig site drilling packages for performance optimization and rig automatization processes
  • Well Control Level 4 (IWCF or IADC)

2.)Job Title: DRILLING AND COMPLETION SUPERVISOR (IRC221176)
Location: OBIAFU/OBRIKOM-NG-OBIAFU OBRIKOM GAS PLANT, RIVERS STATE.

Job Summary:

At Eni, we are looking for a D&C Supervisor within Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited in Rig onshore – Obiafu, Nigeria. You will be responsible for supervising drilling and completion operations at the wellsite, assuring that activities are carried out with the best results in terms of safety, time and cost effectiveness, in accordance with Company’s procedures, HSEQ standards and good petroleum engineering practices

Responsibilities.

  • Reviewing drilling and completion programs to ensure the plan is done in accordance to Company’s procedures and considering each single operation with particular attention to well integrity and operational safety
  • Supervising drilling and completion operations representing the Company at the wellsite
  • Supervising and coordinating activity of Contractors personnel involved in the operations at the wellsite
  • Monitoring the consumptions and stock of materials available and request personnel, services, equipment and material in due time in order to avoid any delay in the operations
  • Reporting on regular basis on the progress of operations and agree on any corrective action if necessary, providing support in the resolution of operational problems, including analysis of Real Time Drilling Data from site
  • Ensuring lessons learnt and related recommendations are captured and shared to allow for improvement of next operations
  • Participating as a member of the emergency task force in event of major emergency, taking immediate actions to safeguard personnel, assets and environment

Job Summary:

At Eni, we are looking for a Fluid Superintendent within Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. You will be responsible for coordinating engineering and activities related to drilling and completion fluids, cementing and waste management, assuring that operations are carried out with the best results in terms of safety, time and cost effectiveness, in accordance with Company’s procedures, HSEQ standards and good petroleum engineering practices.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing drilling and completion fluids programs as well as cementing programs to ensure the plan is done in accordance to Company’s procedures and considering each single operation with particular attention to well integrity and operational safety
  • Evaluating the need for services, equipment and material and providing for their request
  • Well operations follow-up on daily basis, recommending changes in drilling and completion fluids aimed to optimize efficiency of operations
  • Assisting rig site operations for specific jobs
  • Coordinating activity of Company’s and Contractors personnel involved in the operations at the wellsite
  • Providing technical advice on sampling and analysis of drilling & completion fluids, cement slurries and relevant chemical products
  • Making recommendations and provide specialist assistance when drilling problems occur
  • Recommending changes in some aspects of drilling program (if necessary) to improve drilling and completion methods, techniques and speed
  • Managing waste disposal in order to preserve the environment and in accord with local regulations
  • Carrying out special studies and reports on any aspects of drilling and completion operations as required
  • Ensuring lessons learnt and related recommendations are captured and shared to allow for improvement of next operations
  • Participating as a member of the emergency task force in event of blow-out of other major emergency

Requirements:

  • experience in Drilling & Completion Operations with exposure as Fluid Engineer and as Fluid Supervisor at rig site
  • HPHT Drilling, Managed Pressure Drilling
